Delete your Amivm account

You may request deletion of your Amivm account and the associated personal data at any time. This page describes the available methods, the scope of the data deleted, and the timelines.
Data Controller: PROPHARMED INTERNATIONAL (Groupe Ethica). Application technically operated by ACTIVILINK SARL.
1. Request methods
Method 1 — From the application
- Open the Amivm application and sign in.
- Go to the Profile menu.
- Select Delete my account.
- Confirm your choice when prompted.
The request is recorded immediately and deletion begins within 24 hours.
Method 2 — By e-mail
Send your request to info@groupe-ethica.com with:
- The e-mail address associated with your Amivm account
- A copy of an ID document (so we can verify you own the account)
We acknowledge the request within 72 hours and proceed with deletion within the legal timeframe.
2. Data that will be deleted
- Your user account (e-mail, last name, first name, hashed password)
- Your professional data (company name, job title, organization, professional identifiers)
- Your contact details (phone, postal address)
- Your created content in the application (visit reports, photos, videos, audio recordings, comments)
- Your session tokens and push notification tokens
- Your application preferences
3. Data that may be kept longer
Some data may be kept beyond the deletion of your account, when the law requires it or when it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests:

4. Deletion timeframe
- Main deletion: within 30 days of receiving the request
- Backup deletion: automatic within an additional 30 days (rotation)
- Confirmation: a confirmation e-mail is sent once deletion is effective
