Delete your Amivm account

You may request deletion of your Amivm account and the associated personal data at any time. This page describes the available methods, the scope of the data deleted, and the timelines.

Data Controller: PROPHARMED INTERNATIONAL (Groupe Ethica). Application technically operated by ACTIVILINK SARL.

1. Request methods

Method 1 — From the application

  1. Open the Amivm application and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile menu.
  3. Select Delete my account.
  4. Confirm your choice when prompted.

The request is recorded immediately and deletion begins within 24 hours.

Method 2 — By e-mail

Send your request to info@groupe-ethica.com with:

We acknowledge the request within 72 hours and proceed with deletion within the legal timeframe.
